SHOP for the Cause Personas
For the SHOP site, we developed two main personas to reference. First was Susan, who would influenceour B2B design and Megan for the B2C side.

It was critical for the B2B side to be easy to navigate. The users on the B2B side use this site for a variety of reasons,
therefore it was necessary to talk to stakeholders to determine their needs in order to influence the design. We decided
on six main categories and established sub categories from there.

The B2C side was extremely different from the B2B side; therefore it needed a different design and functionality.
In addition to purchasing Alzheimer's Association merchandise, we wanted users to find information regarding the
Association and the fundraisers we offer.
