The requirements were:
1. The site needed to be easy to navigate
2. Accessibility to find a Walk in user's area
3. Quickly access participants' accounts
4. Convenience to share on social media
Walk to End Alzheimer's Research and Persona
When starting this project, we hired a third-party organization to gather information regarding our target audience,
"The Champions". These individuals raise over $500 for their Walk to End Alzheimer's team and are active volunteers in the Alzheimer's community. From the research gained about "The Champions" we created our top persona, Camila. When making design or functionality decisions, we frequently asked ourselves "What would Camila want?" Establishing good UX practice by always thinking of the end user was critical in making this site a success.
